Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Baccarat Insight AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the developer of Baccarat Insight AI ("we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

Baccarat Insight AI is a mobile application that provides:

• Session tracking and analytics for Baccarat gameplay
• Pattern visualization tools (Big Road, Bead Plate, derived roads)
• Statistical analysis and insights
• Bankroll management features
• Responsible gaming tools and alerts

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on devices you own or control
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures

User Obligations

Age Requirements

You must be at least 17 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account and Data Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device
• You are responsible for all activities that occur on your device
• You acknowledge that all session data is stored locally on your device
• You are responsible for backing up your data if desired

Gambling Disclaimers

No Guarantees

• Past performance does not predict future results
• Pattern analysis and AI suggestions are statistical tools only
• The App provides no guarantee of winning at Baccarat or any gambling activity
• All gambling involves risk of financial loss
• The App is not responsible for gambling losses

Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge that:

• Gambling can be addictive and should be approached responsibly
• You should never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose
• The App's responsible gaming features (limits, alerts) are tools to assist you, but ultimate responsibility for your actions rests with you

Subscription Terms

Free and Premium Features

The App offers both free and premium features. Premium features require an active subscription purchased through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Play Store account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account settings

Refunds

• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Refund requests must be submitted through the respective store
• We do not directly process refunds
• Eligibility for refunds is determined by Apple or Google's refund policies

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to software code, user interface design, graphics, logos, text, and algorithms, are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Session data is stored locally on your device
• We do not upload your session data to external servers
• Third-party services (RevenueCat) may collect purchase-related data
• You have full control to view, export, or delete your data

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (OR $50 IF YOU USED THE FREE VERSION)

Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device
• Canceling any active subscriptions through your App Store or Play Store account

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

Updates and Modifications

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App. We will notify you of material changes through in-app notification.

Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance. If you do not agree to new Terms, you must stop using the App.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through informal negotiation or binding arbitration.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION.

Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service are effective as of January 25, 2026.
